Senior Daniella Galvez is the first and only player in Speedway girls basketball history to garner at least 500 career points and 500 career rebounds. Pictured here with head coach Joe Smith, Daniella was honored by the program for this accomplishment. The Lady Sparkplugs picked up their fifth conference win of the season last night, defeating Lutheran 59-49. The girls will compete against Cascade Thursday at home in an effort to win second place in the ICC outright and to add to their four game win streak. It is also Senior Night for the girls.
